How many companies does my CustomBooks™ subscription cover?

You are charged for each CustomBooks™ organizations you add, choose a pricing plan for each one, or set up a free 30 day trial. If you add an organization and sign up to a pricing plan, you’ll become the subscriber for the organization. CustomBooks™ offers a discount for multiple organizations when you subscribe to more than FIVE Business Edition organization. To qualify for the discount, the organizations need to use the same subscriber email address. In order to receive this discount please contact CustomBooks™ Support to apply the discount.

Can I pay the subscription annually?

By default you'll receive your invoice at the end of your monthly billing period. Payment will be taken on the date shown on your invoice using the payment details entered when you purchased your subscription. If you’ve incurred usage charges for CustomBooks™ Cloud Payroll – or you have a chargeable direct bank feed – these charges will be invoiced for the previous month. We can also charge on an Annual if this is a requirement, please contact sales@custombooks.com or help@custombooks.com for more info.

Is my data safe and private?

CustomBooks™ application runs in a highly secured data center located in the United States. The security for the data center includes multiple layers of physical, network, application, and system controls and is in compliance with many organizations including SOC II, a set of standards set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Our data is backed up every 15 minutes to another equally secure data center in a physically different location which helps to ensures that you never lose your data.

How many users are included with my subscription?

CustomBooks™ is a powerful cloud-based accounting and business management software that offers unlimited user access. This means that any number of employees, contractors, or members can access the software at the same timewithout having to pay for each individual user, making it ideal for businesses of all sizes, from small startups to emerging enterprises.

Can I resrict access to certain modules by user?

To ensure that the system is secure and sensitive information is protected, CustomBooks™ has developed an extensive user privileges and roles management system. This system is designed to allow administrators to create customized roles for each user, based on their job function, department, and level of responsibility.The user privileges and roles management system enables businesses to grant access only to the specific modules and features of the software that each user needs to perform their job function. This ensures that users can only access the information that is relevant to their role, and not sensitive data that could be detrimental to the company if it falls into the wrong hands.

Can I migrate my data over to CustomBooks™?

The "data migration" feature in CustomBooks™ allows you to move your existing financial data and history from your current accounting system to the CustomBooks™ platform.
